Our vibrant school is made up of families, staff, alumni and our growing local community.
Is an important part of school life, that our students have a sense of belonging to the school and the local communities. We teach our students that strong communities are built on strong values:
Pride in our local community, and in ourselves for supporting and sustaining it
Respect for all whatever their race, religion or appearance
Integrity in the way we lead our lives within our community
The area around our school has seen some transformative changes in recent years. That means our local area is growing and evolving – many new families see our school as a home where their children can grow safely.
By supporting our communities, we can make a difference in the lives of others. As a school, we take this seriously – teaching all our students the importance of contributing meaningfully to society.
We hold a number of events through the year to strengthen the school community like our Gala Day where all funds raised goes towards a local charity, providing direct assistance to those who need it most.
The Supporters of Strathallan Committee play an important role in gathering our extended family from the community.
Taking care of our local community helps our students to become confident, self-aware, global citizens. We aim to instil values in our students, so they contribute, support and serve their communities in the future.
